Our freight and clearance team selects the destination customs point or airport based on the goods, the cargo volume and value and the shipping mode (sea or air) — and confirms it with you before dispatch.
Choose «to your warehouse door» or «shipped by UAEPC» and we and the freight company handle transport and destination clearance: you prepare no paperwork and collect from the cargo branch in your own city — unless the agreed handover point is itself one of your country's customs terminals. Choose «at customs» and clearance, and every customs step from that point on, is yours.
Two options, your choice: added to the invoice, or paid to our contracted freight company in Syria when you take delivery.
The freight company carries bulk insurance covering up to 80% of invoice value, with full compensation if goods are lost or stolen. That is exactly why we never declare an invoice value below the truth.
