1 Lead Time & Delivery Point

Preparation Lead Time

The preparation window (including warehousing and customer-side testing in our facility) varies by order type, volume and quantity. Operationally, this usually takes 3–7 business days after the order is finalised (subject to the deposit being paid as per our Payment Terms).

Quality Control Before Dispatch

Every unit is tested against our 9 Golden QC checks before packing — this is part of the 3–7-day window, not in addition to it. For very large orders (e.g. 50+ wholesale laptops) the window may extend slightly.

Delivery Point (EXW Sharjah)

The default delivery point is our Sharjah warehouse. Risk transfers to the buyer (or the buyer's nominated carrier) at the moment of loading. If you wish, we can co-ordinate with international freight partners — see Section 3.

2 Customs Duties & Clearance

Destination Customs — Your Choice

For every destination, the buyer picks one of two routes:

• Leave it to us — delivered to your warehouse: we handle the full destination customs clearance and bring the goods right to your door; the clearance cost is itemised upfront in the proforma invoice.
• Clear it yourself — handover at destination customs: you or your broker take over the goods at the destination customs point; from there, duties, taxes, clearance fees and onward transport are on the buyer.

Either way, full paperwork travels with the shipment:

• Proforma invoice is issued in the destination importer's name.
• Packing List is provided along with the commercial invoice.
• HS-Codes are included upon request of the buyer's customs broker.

Saudi Arabia: Customs Clearance Handled by Us

For shipments to Saudi Arabia we handle the full customs clearance — no paperwork and no broker on the buyer's side. Goods are delivered to you cleared in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, and the clearance cost is quoted upfront in the proforma so there are no surprises. Talk to our sales team to confirm your shipment.

Restrictions

Under our internal data and compliance policies and UAE export rules, certain destinations may need additional paperwork. Please confirm the destination with our sales team before placing the order.

Cost Coverage by Us

Customs and clearance cost coverage by UAEPC.COM is only possible under a specific, prior bilateral agreement. Such terms appear as an annexe to the Proforma Invoice per our Terms & Conditions.

Recommended Shipping Modes

• Air Freight — recommended for urgent, light shipments.
• Road / Cross-Border — for GCC and East African destinations.
• Sea / Container — the most economic option for high volume.

4 Packing & Insurance Obligation

Shipments are packed to the highest level of transit resistance. Even so, insurance is mandatory for every shipment. This rule is only waived if the customer explicitly requests shipment without insurance coverage.
