1 Warranty Period & Test Window

On-Site Pickup

For customers who collect their goods in person from our office and complete the initial testing on our premises, the warranty and test window is 15 days from the date of handover.

Shipped Orders

For customers buying remotely — whether transport is co-ordinated by the buyer or by us under our Shipping Terms — goods come with a 60-day hardware warranty from arrival at destination.

Quality Guarantee

Because our technical team applies the 9 Golden QC checks before any shipment leaves the warehouse, hardware failures requiring warranty claims are rare.

2 Transit Risk & Hardware Warranty

Damage in Transit

All physical damage during transit by carriers (air, road, sea) is the responsibility of the buyer. The company assumes no obligation for in-transit damage — which is why cargo insurance is mandatory per Shipping Terms.

Hardware Performance Warranty

If goods arrive in perfect physical condition but show a technical defect or hardware performance issue, the responsibility and coverage are fully on us.

3 No-Questions Replacement

Defective Unit Replacement

In the rare event of a fundamental defect attributable to our sourcing, prep or shipping process, we commit to ship a replacement unit in the same quantity at our full cost — based on our Terms & Conditions.

No Return Required

Where the fault lies clearly with us, the warranty is honoured unconditionally and replacement is sent without requiring the defective unit to be returned.

4 Warranty Void Cases

Tampered Warranty Seals

Any physical damage, opening of the unit, or tampering with warranty labels before formal coordination with our warranty team will permanently void the warranty.

Physical Damage

Any cosmetic or physical damage caused by transit is excluded from our hardware warranty and is handled through the cargo insurance as per the Shipping Terms.

5 Packing & Insurance Obligation

Shipments are packed to maximum transit-resistance. Even so, insurance is mandatory on every shipment. The rule is waived only if the customer explicitly requests dispatch without insurance — in which case all in-transit risk lies exclusively with the buyer. Full detail in our Shipping Terms.
