Privacy Policy

Your Data, Our Security

The UAEPC.COM privacy policy — how we collect, use, protect and store your business data on our partner portal.

0 Introduction

Our company commits to the highest standards of privacy and security for our customers' and partners' data. This document sets out how we collect, use, protect and retain your information as a user of our website and partner portal. This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

1 Information We Collect

Authentication Information

For secure access to the partner portal, only your email address is collected, to send a one-time security code (OTP). The system does not store any static password.

Business & Invoicing Information

To process your cart and issue accurate Proforma Invoices, essential business data — country of origin/destination, organisation name and contact details — is collected during checkout.

Technical & Systems Data

To improve platform performance, standard indirect data including IP address, browser type, and page-interaction logs is recorded automatically and securely.

2 How We Use Information

Collected data is used exclusively for the following:

  • Unified session management and cart security.
  • Fast order processing and accurate issuance of financial documents and Proforma Invoices.
  • Order status alerts, account updates and announcements about regional service changes (e.g. updates to the allowed-country list).
  • Sending the and new-stock notifications (only if the user has opted in).
🔍 We never use your data for third-party advertising.

3 Confidentiality & Third-Party Sharing

No Sale of Data

Your business and identity data is treated as confidential and will never be sold or transferred to third parties, marketing firms or data brokers under any circumstance.

Logistics & Supply Partners

Only the data strictly necessary for safe shipment, insurance and customs clearance (e.g. precise address and consignee details) is shared with international freight and shipping companies. Shipping detail is documented in our Shipping Terms.

Legal Requirements

If legally required by competent authorities in the United Arab Emirates, relevant data is disclosed in accordance with international trade law — as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

4 Data Security & Infrastructure

All communications and data exchanges between your system and our platform servers run over encrypted, secure (SSL/HTTPS) protocols.

Replacing traditional passwords with one-time passcodes (OTP) reduces the risk of credential theft against partner accounts to a minimum. Your user account never has a static password that can be stolen.

🔐 OTP + SSL = the two foundational defence layers of our B2B platform.

5 Cookies

Our platform requires essential cookies to function. These cookies are only used to maintain your session (for example to keep items in your cart while navigating the partner portal) and do not store any sensitive identity information in your browser.

6 User Data Rights

Our customers retain full rights over their business data. You can at any time, by writing to our support team, request the following:

  • A copy of your data and order history.
  • Editing of your organisational details, address and contact info.
  • Permanent deletion of your account and email from our database.

For more, see the FAQ or our Terms & Conditions.
