Is UAEPC legit, or is it a scam?

UAEPC is a licensed UAE company and you do not have to take that on trust. The legal entity is Mohammad Dolatyari Electronics Trading LLC, holding Dubai trade licence 878154 and Sharjah trade licence 909902, VAT-registered under TRN 104523966000001. Run that TRN through the UAE Federal Tax Authority portal yourself — if the name it returns does not match, walk away. There is also a physical office and warehouse in Sharjah you can visit, and a public Google Business profile.

How do I check that a UAE computer supplier is real before I pay?

Four checks, in this order, and they cost you nothing. One: ask for the trade licence number and the TRN, then verify the TRN on the Federal Tax Authority portal — the legal name must match the company you are talking to. Two: confirm the bank account is a corporate account in that same legal name; a personal account or a third-party company is where most wholesale fraud happens. Three: ask for a pro-forma invoice on letterhead carrying the licence number and TRN. Four: start with a small test order instead of a container. A real supplier will welcome all four — we do.

Use the TRN Verification tool on the UAE Federal Tax Authority e-Services portal at eservices.tax.gov.ae. Enter 104523966000001. The company name returned must match Mohammad Dolatyari Electronics Trading LLC exactly. If it does not match, do not pay.

Do you issue a proper tax invoice?

Yes. Every order gets a VAT tax invoice showing the legal name, address, trade licence number and TRN — the document your own accountant and customs broker will need.

Can I place a small first order to test you?

That is exactly what we recommend, and it is what most of our long-term buyers did. The minimum is 10 units per product type. Run the units, check the grading against what we promised, then scale up.

Someone contacted me claiming to be UAEPC from a different number. What now?

Any other number is not us.
