What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 PCS per product. This applies to all categories — laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, monitors, parts, and accessories. You can mix different models within the same order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to every country in the world via air, sea, or land. We have continuous shipping routes to 14 active countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Yemen, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Kenya, and Sudan.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Saudi Arabia: 6-8 business days. Iran: 20-35 days (depending on volume and product type). Other countries vary by shipping method (air, sea, or land).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods: Cash (in Dubai/Sharjah), Bank Transfer (including local accounts in Iran for Toman/Rial), and USDT Cryptocurrency. Accepted currencies: AED, USD, IRR, IRT (Toman), USDT, SAR.
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. All our products come with quality assurance. Issues caused by manufacturing defects are covered. Customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of return. We only sell Grade A++ and A+ products — every unit is tested before shipping.
What grades of products do you sell?
We only stock Grade A++ and A+ refurbished products. We do not sell Grade B, Grade C, broken, or repair-grade items. Every product passes our quality check before being added to our inventory.
Can I get a pro-forma invoice with shipping cost?
Yes. We provide pro-forma invoices with shipping cost calculations for any of the 14 countries we ship to. Contact us with your order details and destination, and we will send you a detailed quote.
What languages does your support team speak?
Our support team speaks English, Arabic, and Persian. We are available 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 12 AM (UAE time). We do not close for holidays.
How do I get the latest price list?
Click on "Get Price List" on our homepage, enter your business email, and verify with the 6-digit code sent to your email. Our complete inventory will be available with prices in AED, USD, and other currencies.
Can I visit your warehouse?
Yes, wholesale buyers are welcome to visit our Sharjah warehouse. Please schedule an appointment in advance by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
Do you offer return or refund?
For manufacturing defects within warranty period, we offer replacement or refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cosmetic differences or customer remorse are not covered.
What if my country is not in your active list?
We ship worldwide! Even if your country is not in our 14 active markets, we can arrange shipping. Contact us with your destination and order details for a custom shipping quote.
