1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering on the partner portal, or placing any order, you fully accept all terms and conditions stated on this page along with the other legal procedures (including our Warranty, Shipping, Payment and Privacy Policy).

2 User Account & Security

Registration in our commercial portal uses an email address plus one-time security codes (OTP). B2B partners are required to enter their organisational details accurately. You (as the buyer's representative) are fully responsible for the security of your login codes and for any activity carried out under your account.

3 Pricing, Market Fluctuation & Supply

• Due to the nature of wholesale IT hardware, all prices and stock figures published on the portal may change without prior notice.
• Adding goods to the cart does not constitute a firm reservation. As stated in our Payment Terms, our supply and price commitment arises only after issuance of the Proforma Invoice (valid for 3 days only) and payment of the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed because of a system pricing error or sudden stock-out. In such cases the amount received is fully refunded.

4 Specialised Procedures

• Payment Terms — accepted currencies (AED, USD, etc.), crypto, and invoice settlement.
• Shipping Terms — preparation lead time, warehouse handover, and buyer's customs responsibility.
• Warranty Terms — test window, the 9 Golden QC checks, and warranty void cases.
• Privacy Policy — handling of emails and protection of your business data.

5 Intellectual Property (Copyright)

All intellectual and material rights of the website content — text, the partner portal structure, product images, the Pricelist, and technical documentation — belong to us. Any data scraping, commercial copying, or use of the site content by third parties or competitors without written authorisation will be pursued by law.

6 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the physical and functional integrity of the hardware sold (per our Warranty). We have no responsibility for indirect damages, loss of profit (the buyer's lost income), or damages arising from delays by transport companies and international customs authorities (per our Shipping Terms).

7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement and all related commercial operations are interpreted and enforced under the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute, the commercial and civil courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
