Our freight and clearance team selects the destination customs point or airport based on the goods, the cargo volume and value and the shipping mode (sea or air) — and confirms it with you before dispatch.
Choose «to your warehouse door» or «shipped by UAEPC» and we and the freight company handle transport and destination clearance: you prepare no paperwork and collect from the cargo branch in your own city — unless the agreed handover point is itself one of your country's customs terminals. Choose «at customs» and clearance, and every customs step from that point on, is yours.

By land through the Al Batha crossing to Riyadh: 7-10 days from departure, plus the preparation time, which depends on the order size. One of our contracted cargo partners hands the goods over to you in Riyadh; onward transport inside the Kingdom is arranged by you.
Both are covered. We and the freight company clear the goods with ZATCA at Al Batha, and the customs duty is already inside the flat freight rate, so nothing is added at the border or on delivery. The only document asked of you is the consignee's ID: national ID for Saudi nationals, passport for everyone else.
No, the goods and the freight are priced separately. Freight is a flat 150 AED per laptop or desktop and 300 AED per monitor or All-in-One carton, door to door to Riyadh, with clearance and duty included. It is paid before the goods leave the UAE, and a discount on freight is possible when you raise your proforma.

No. They are used business laptops refurbished to Grade A+: tested, repainted and covered by a 60-day warranty from delivery. Chargers are extra at 15 AED each. The units travel in export cartons of 10 with a packing list, not in individual retail boxes.

Yes, by prior arrangement. Your representative or an independent inspection company can check the cargo in our Sharjah warehouse before it is packed and loaded for the road to Al Batha. Any inspection fee is paid by the buyer.
A commercial invoice, a packing list and a Certificate of Origin, free of charge with every order. With your consignee ID added, the paperwork for clearance is complete.
No. Our invoices always state the true value of the goods. The insurance cover follows that figure, so a lower invoice would only lower your protection if something went wrong on the road.
By bank transfer, cash or USDT, with the invoice in AED or USD. You may pay from any bank or exchange house, but only to the company account printed on the proforma, never to a personal account. 50% confirms the order and the remaining 50% is paid before the cargo departs.
