Our freight and clearance team selects the destination customs point or airport based on the goods, the cargo volume and value and the shipping mode (sea or air) — and confirms it with you before dispatch.
Choose «to your warehouse door» or «shipped by UAEPC» and we and the freight company handle transport and destination clearance: you prepare no paperwork and collect from the cargo branch in your own city — unless the agreed handover point is itself one of your country's customs terminals. Choose «at customs» and clearance, and every customs step from that point on, is yours.
Two options, your choice: added to the invoice, or paid to our contracted freight company in Oman when you take delivery.
The cargo travels insured by the contracted freight company, and that company, not UAEPC, carries responsibility for the goods in transit. That is why we always declare the true invoice value.

By road to Muscat, usually through the Khatmat Malaha crossing: 4 days from departure, plus the preparation time, which depends on the order size. You choose: delivery to your door in Muscat, or collection at customs.
For laptops shipped door to door, clearance and duty are inside the freight rate, so nothing is added at the border. If you choose to collect at customs, clearance from that point is yours. For other goods, duty is either added to the invoice or paid to our contracted freight company in Oman on delivery, as you prefer.
No, the goods and the freight are priced separately. Laptop freight is a flat 50 AED per laptop, door to door to Muscat, with customs clearance and every cost on the way included. Desktops, monitors and other goods are quoted on the proforma by volume, weight and quantity.
Yes. The cargo travels under the insurance of the contracted freight company, and that company, not UAEPC, is responsible for the goods in transit. There is nothing separate for you to arrange.
No. They are used business laptops refurbished to Grade A+, fully tested and repainted, with a 60-day warranty from delivery. Chargers are sold separately at 15 AED each. Laptops are packed in export cartons of 10 with a packing list, not in individual retail boxes.

Yes, by prior arrangement. Your representative or an independent inspection company can check the cargo in our Sharjah warehouse before it is packed for the road. Any inspection fee is paid by the buyer.
A commercial invoice, a packing list and a Certificate of Origin travel with every shipment, free of charge.
No. Every invoice carries the true value of the goods. That is the law, and it also protects you: the insurance cover is based on the invoice value.
By bank transfer, cash or USDT, invoiced in AED or USD. Payment can come from any bank or exchange house, as long as it goes to the company account on the proforma; we never ask for a transfer to a personal account. 50% confirms the order and 50% is paid before the cargo departs.
