By land to Beirut: 20-25 days from departure, plus the preparation time, which depends on the order size. You choose door-to-door delivery in Beirut or collection from our contracted cargo branch there.

No, the goods and the freight are separate. Freight is a flat 150 AED per laptop or desktop and 300 AED per monitor or All-in-One carton, door to door to Beirut, clearance and duty included. It is paid before the goods leave the UAE, and a discount on freight is possible when you raise your proforma.
Yes, at no extra charge. The cargo is insured by the contracted freight company, and that company, not UAEPC, is responsible for the goods in transit. You do not need to arrange anything.
No. They are used business laptops refurbished to Grade A+, tested and repainted, with a 60-day warranty from delivery. Chargers cost 15 AED each. The laptops are packed ten to an export carton with a packing list; they do not come in individual retail boxes.

No. We invoice the true value only. It is the law, and the insurance cover depends on that value, so under-invoicing would only reduce your protection.
By bank transfer, cash or USDT, invoiced in AED or USD. You may pay through any bank or exchange house, provided the money goes to the company account on the proforma; we never ask for a personal account. 50% on confirmation, 50% before the cargo departs.
