Our freight and clearance team selects the destination customs point or airport based on the goods, the cargo volume and value and the shipping mode (sea or air) — and confirms it with you before dispatch.
Choose «to your warehouse door» or «shipped by UAEPC» and we and the freight company handle transport and destination clearance: you prepare no paperwork and collect from the cargo branch in your own city — unless the agreed handover point is itself one of your country's customs terminals. Choose «at customs» and clearance, and every customs step from that point on, is yours.
Two options, your choice: added to the invoice, or paid to our contracted freight company in Armenia when you take delivery.
The cargo travels insured by the contracted freight company, and that company, not UAEPC, carries responsibility for the goods in transit. That is why we always declare the true invoice value.

Armenia has no seaport, so the cargo sails from the UAE to Poti or Batumi in Georgia and then crosses into Armenia by truck or rail to Yerevan. Allow about 30 days from departure, plus the preparation time, which depends on the order size.
Choose delivery to your warehouse door or shipped by UAEPC, and we and the freight company handle transport and clearance, so you prepare no paperwork. Choose collection at customs, and clearance from that point is yours. Duty is not inside the laptop price: it is added to the invoice or paid to our contracted freight company on delivery, as you prefer.
No. The laptop price is for the goods in Sharjah. Freight through Georgia to Yerevan is calculated on your proforma from the volume, weight, quantity and type of goods, so you see the full landed cost before paying. The proforma is free and arrives in under 4 working hours.

No. They are used business laptops refurbished to Grade A+, fully tested and repainted, with a 60-day warranty from delivery. Chargers are extra at 15 AED each. Laptops travel in export cartons of 10 with a packing list, not in individual retail boxes.
Yes. The unit price improves with quantity, and 10 active buyers in Armenia already order from us. Send the models and quantity, or raise a free proforma from the price list, and our best price for that volume is on it.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Your representative or an independent inspection company can check the cargo in our Sharjah warehouse before the container is loaded. Any inspection fee is paid by the buyer.

No. We only issue invoices at the true value. The insurance on a long route like this follows the invoice value, so a lower figure would leave you exposed.
By bank transfer, cash or USDT, invoiced in AED or USD. You can pay from any bank or exchange house, but only to the company account on the proforma, never to a personal account. 50% confirms the order and 50% is due before the cargo departs.
