Buying wholesale laptops from UAEPC means ordering used business laptops — Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook and ProBook, Lenovo ThinkPad — by the lot from a licensed warehouse in Sharjah, UAE: a minimum of 10 units per product type with models mixed, one grade (A+), a 60-day warranty on every order, and shipping by air, road or sea to 13 countries.

Who buys laptops wholesale, and why?

According to UAEPC's FAQ, its 400+ active B2B clients across 13 countries include resellers, IT service providers, government contractors, educational institutions and corporate buyers. The logic is shared: a lot of matched machines costs less per unit, deploys faster and is easier to support than laptops bought one at a time.

What is in a wholesale laptop lot?

Almost everything in this trade is ex-corporate, so the same families fill every lot. On UAEPC's laptop catalogue the core is Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook and ProBook, and Lenovo ThinkPad.

The catalogue has two lists. Models with a price and a quantity can go into the cart today; at the time of writing they are mostly Dell Latitude and HP ProBook or EliteBook with Intel Core i5 or i7 from the 8th to the 11th generation, 8 or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB SSDs. A second list, "available on request", covers models UAEPC sources from the market, including ThinkPad T14, T14s, X1 Carbon and P14s. The page changes daily; treat it, not this article, as the record.

Configurations can be matched to your spec sheet, and RAM or SSD upgraded before shipping. The charger is not included: units are priced without an AC adapter (marked "No AC" on the price list), and a 10-laptop export carton has room for 10 chargers and 10 power cables ordered separately.

Pallets are a different channel. Whole lots on the pallet deals page come in two types that are never mixed: Listed (tested and working, with a defined item list) and As-Is (no testing or warranty, for repairers and refurbishers). They sit outside the A+ standard below.

How are wholesale laptops graded and tested?

No international body defines laptop grades, so a grade is only worth its written definition. UAEPC sells one grade, A+, defined on its grade standard page:

The grade is written on the proforma before you pay, and every order carries a 60-day warranty from handover in Sharjah or arrival at destination, with no-questions replacement of faulty units. Transit damage falls under the mandatory cargo insurance instead. How A+ compares with the A and B grades sold elsewhere is covered in the laptop grades guide.

What is the minimum order, and how does mixing work?

The minimum is 10 units per product type, counted per category, not per model. Five Dell and five HP laptops make a valid order, and laptops and Microsoft Surface count as one family. Computer parts are 20 units combined and servers 5. One shipment can combine categories as long as each meets its own minimum.

That keeps a first order small on purpose. UAEPC's verification page gives the same advice for any supplier: start with a minimum test order and scale up after the first delivery arrives as promised. Larger volumes move to tiered pricing.

What decides the price of a wholesale laptop?

This article quotes no prices: they change every business day. The current figure for every model is on the updated price list, per unit at the 10-unit minimum, in AED and USD, with a PDF download; the price index tracks the trend. What moves the figure:

How do wholesale laptops ship worldwide?

Orders leave the Sharjah warehouse within 3–7 business days of the deposit, by air, road or sea, to 13 countries. The default delivery point is EXW Sharjah: risk passes at loading and your own forwarder can collect. On request UAEPC arranges the freight and destination clearance, itemised in the proforma; the shipping terms have the detail.

Air suits urgent, light shipments, road serves GCC and East African destinations, and sea is the most economic for high volumes. The export page lists 11 routes with documented transit times: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Armenia, Iran, Ethiopia, Yemen and Kenya. Riyadh, Doha, Beirut and Damascus have a flat door-to-door rate per unit, with customs clearance included and nothing collected on arrival.

Each shipment carries a proforma in the importer's name, a packing list and commercial invoice, and HS codes on request. Cargo insurance is mandatory unless you waive it. Not on the list? The quote form accepts other destinations by arrangement, and the bulk laptop export guide covers the route from Dubai in depth.

How do you pay for a wholesale laptop order?

Three methods: bank transfer to UAEPC's registered UAE corporate accounts, cash in person at the Sharjah office, or USDT strictly against the official proforma. Invoices can be in AED, USD, EUR or OMR, at the UAE-bank daily rate on the day the proforma is issued.

A 50% deposit starts final testing and packing; the balance is paid before the cargo leaves the warehouse. A proforma is valid for three days, which is both a price lock and a reservation of the units. Full rules: payment terms.

How to place a wholesale laptop order, step by step

  1. Shortlist models on the updated price list or add them to the cart on the laptop catalogue.
  2. Send the list by cart, the quote request form, WhatsApp or email. Quote requests are answered within 3–5 hours during working hours (daily, 10:30 AM to 11:45 PM UAE time).
  3. Receive the proforma: grade written on it, in the importer's name, valid three days.
  4. See the actual units before paying: photos, video, battery health and serial numbers, or inspect them in Sharjah.
  5. Pay the 50% deposit; the lead time starts when it clears.
  6. Testing and packing in 3–7 business days, 10 laptops to a carton.
  7. Pay the balance; the order ships with its paperwork, EXW or door-to-door.
  8. Warranty: 60 days from handover or arrival.

How to verify a UAE laptop supplier before you pay

In remote wholesale buying the real risk is rarely the laptops; it is paying the wrong party. Ten minutes of public checks work on any UAE supplier:

Rehearse it on UAEPC: Mohammad Dolatyari Electronics Trading LLC, Dubai licence 878154, Sharjah licence 909902, TRN 104523966000001. The verify page links each check, and the Al Mahatta, Sharjah warehouse is open to buyers who message ahead. To tell a warehouse from a broker, see laptop wholesalers in Dubai.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for wholesale laptops?

Ten units per product type. Laptop models and brands count together, for example five Dell and five HP, and laptops and Microsoft Surface count as one family. Computer parts are 20 units combined and servers 5.

Can I mix models in one wholesale order?

Yes. Any laptop models and brands can be mixed toward the 10-unit minimum, and one shipment can add other categories as long as each meets its own minimum.

Do you ship wholesale laptops to the USA, Europe or Africa?

UAEPC ships to 13 countries. Its published export routes are Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Armenia, Iran, Ethiopia, Yemen and Kenya, so in Africa that means Ethiopia and Kenya; the USA and Europe are not on the list. Delivery is EXW Sharjah by default, so your own forwarder can collect, and the quote form accepts other destinations by arrangement.

What grade are your wholesale laptops?

A+ only: a fully repainted chassis, 100% working, nine checks on every unit and a battery at 70–100% health or a new replacement. The grade is written on the proforma.

What warranty comes with wholesale laptops?

60 days on every order, starting at handover in Sharjah or on arrival at destination. Faulty units get a no-questions replacement; transit damage is covered by cargo insurance, not the warranty.

How long does a wholesale laptop order take?

Orders leave Sharjah within 3–7 business days of the deposit clearing. Transit depends on the route, for example 4 days by land to Muscat, 7–10 days by land to Riyadh and 2–5 days by air to Nairobi.

Do wholesale laptops come with chargers?

No. Units are priced without an AC adapter and chargers are ordered separately. A 10-laptop export carton has room for 10 chargers and 10 power cables, so they ship together.
